Describe the Power Systems product family with emphasis on Power 750 through Power 795 models using POWER7 and POWER7+ technology

Given a scenario, describe which operating system (or mix of operating systems) is appropriate (AIX, IBM i, or Linux)

Given a scenario, describe which Power Systems Software product, and Edition, is appropriate, including PowerHA, PowerVM, PowerSC, and Systems Director (including plugins such as VMControl)

Compare POWER5, POWER6, and POWER Blade server capabilities to current POWER7 and POWER7+ servers to determine the correct upgrade/migration path (including migrations to PureFlex).

Describe other members of the Power Systems product family and the scenarios in which they are appropriate, including PowerLinux and PureSystems compute nodes.

Describe Reliability, Availability and Serviceability (RAS) features of the Power Systems product family, including those features which are limited to Enterprise-class models

Identify Capacity on Demand features and benefits, including CUoD, and describe when each is appropriate

Describe the benefits of POWER processor architecture, including SMT, L3 cache, balanced performance, clock speed, EnergyScale, etc.

3. Design Solution to Customer Requirements (26%)

Design HMC/FSP network connectivity. Include multiple HMCs and redundant FSPs. Include requirements for HMC with various environments (stand alone and multiple systems). Include coexistence considerations (including existing POWER5 and POWER6 systems)

Re-utilize appropriate existing hardware in a new configuration
